We are rigorous in our approach to selecting, evaluting and preparing our complete range of stock.

In fact, we are so thorough that a comprehensive RAC Warranty Extended Guarantee is included with every used vehicle we offer for sale.

So what's the process that makes our vehilces so special?

We are demanding

When we evaluate those vehicles that we will approve for sale, we ensure that only those with a comprehensive history that have been major accident free will be considered. Each vehicle is appraised either by Mark or Bill Bates who have fourty years commercial experience between them.

Those that do not make the grade to our 100% satisfaction will not pass this early stage of the process.

Workshop Apprasial

A further benefit of having comprehensive service & preparation facilities onsite, and our own expert technicians, is that we can then put the vehicle through a 100 point appraisal process that will give us a comprehensive overview of the mechanical status of each vehicle.

A full report is then prepared and faults found rectified.

Next Service Due

Whether the vehicle is due a minor or major service, the next one in the service book is undertaken with care and attention to detail by our own technicians.

The vehilce is now well on it's way to becoming Mark Harris Commercials approved.

Brake Discs, Pads & Tyres

We replace any tyres with tread under 3mm, so the tyres on each Mark Harris Commercials approved vehicle are new or nearly new. We carefully examine the brake discs and pads, replacing them if necessary.

Bodywork & Interior

Once we are confident and happy that the vehicle is mechanically sound and the service is complete, we ensure that the exterior bodywork is in the best possible condition and the wheels are expertly refurbished to look as good as new if required with our onsite shot blasting equipment.

We treat the interior just as carefully and undertake a full and comprehensive valet in-house.

Comprehensive Warranty

We are so confident in the preparation and quality of our approved used vehilces that we include a comprehensive 3 month / 3,000 mile warranty as standard. This can be extended through several different options if you require.

We are proud to be able to offer RAC Warranty, and be part of one of the biggest brands in the UK. Only those dealerships that meet the RAC's high standards can display the RAC logo and provide the comprehensive warranty. This means you can expect the very best for your money whilst receiving total reassurance and confidence when you drive out the gates.
